Starter and the Atlanta Braves partner to offer sports, style and culture
This past weekend Starter x Atlanta Braves x Threads threw an epic bash to celebrate the iconic series between the Braves and Dodgers.
Starter, one the most iconic, innovative and authentic sports apparel companies in the world, celebrated with an ICON at Threads By Braves Clubhouse Store for a special event with legendary Artist & Music Producer, Rapper, So So Def CEO, Grammy Award Winner, Jermaine Dupri.
Jermaine took to the stage with Tony Shellman, Streetwear and Urban Fashion Trailblazer, Head of Marketing at Starter for a live discussion about the integration of sports, style and culture. Jermaine had dropped some real gems including when he shared that “Having a Starter jacket at his school back in the day was like having a gold chain.”
There was baseball as well as Jermaine donned his favorite Starter gear to officially start the game by giving the iconic “Play Ball” announcement on the mic live from Truist field. No wonder the Braves scored 10 runs!
If you missed the event, you still have time to catch the full Starter takeover and limited edition, exclusive product drop at Threads by Braves Clubhouse Store in the Battery in ATL while supplies last.
