Ricoh 360 cameras prove popular during pandemic, and a contest
I recently sat in on a media Zoom call re-introducing Ricoh Theta 360 cameras and a cool new contest. It was hosted by photogapher, Ben Claremont.

You can share any photograph as long as it showcases a unique angle, filter or editing technique. THETA users should post 360 images taken with their THETA – we want to see your best 360 shots and editing techniques.
How to enter:
Snap a photo that represents your take on a “fresh perspective” with whatever spin, angle, edit, or filter you think fits best! Once you have your image ready, follow these steps:
Post the photo to Instagram
Use the hashtag #THETAFreshPerspective in your caption
Prizes:
Three lucky winners will receive a RICOH THETA 360 camera. The grand prize winner will receive a THETA Z1, RICOH’s flagship 360 camera model, with the top two runners-up receiving THETA SC2 cameras.
The winners will be announced on March 23 at @theta360official.

How do I enter?
It’s incredibly simple! All you need to do is snap a photo that represents your take on a “fresh perspective” with whatever spin, angle, edit, or filter you think fits best! Once you have your image ready, follow these steps:
1.Post the photo to Instagram
2.Tag RICOH THETA (@theta360official)
3.Use the hashtag #THETAFreshPerspectives in your caption
Once you complete these steps, all you have to do is eagerly await the winner announcement from RICOH following the end of the SXSW virtual conference on March 23rd. (We’ll be there, more to come on that later.)
