Home Depot has partnered with Kai to use AI to streamline home renovations, analyzing photos and videos to identify needed materials and costs linked directly to Home Depot's inventory. The tool replaces the company's RenoWalk system and is launching first for large operators, with plans to reach individual consumers later on.
