BikeOn is launching CycleClick, a compact, clip-on power meter that brings pro-level cycling insights to every rider. It installs on any chain‑driven bike in seconds without tools or modifications and connects via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.0+) to compatible cycling computers, smartphones, and training apps like Strava, Zwift, TrainingPeaks, Wahoo, and more.

Actually designed for cyclists of all levels, CycleClick delivers real-time power, cadence, torque, speed, calories burned, and balance, helping riders optimize technique, track performance, and ride smarter.
“We built CycleClick because we believe powerful cycling data shouldn’t be locked behind expensive gear or complex setups,” said Aram Novikov, co-founder and CTO of BikeOn. “Whether you're training for a race or just want to better understand your performance, CycleClick delivers pro-level metrics — just clip it on, ride, and see your effort instantly.”
Pro-Level Data for Your Bike
CycleClick is a high-performance, clip-on power meter that brings precision cycling analytics to any chain-driven bicycle, without wiring, tools, or mechanical modification. Its integrated sensors capture a complete picture of effort in real time.
Integrated Sensor Suite
At the core of CycleClick are precision sensors engineered for pro-grade metrics, packed into a compact, lightweight form factor.
Strain Gauges with Temperature Compensation
Directly measure torque - the force you apply when pedaling. Built-in thermal adjustment ensures consistent accuracy across changing weather conditions.
Integrated Chain Speed Sensor
Unlike traditional standalone sensors, CycleClick’s built-in chain speed sensor uses high-speed (~100 Hz) internal sampling to track pedaling speed with no extra hardware needed.
Core Metrics
Cadence (RPM): Measures how fast you spin the pedals in revolutions per minute. A steady cadence helps you ride smoother and more efficiently, conserving energy and reducing leg fatigue. For example, 110 RPM means you pedal 110 full circles in one minute.
Torque (Nm): Measures the actual force you apply to the pedals, in Newton-meters. This tells you how hard you're pushing at any moment and helps refine pedaling technique. CycleClick measures torque directly via its strain gauges.
Power Output (Watts): Shows how much energy your legs generate to move the bike. Calculated as Torque × Cadence, it combines both strength and speed to provide a true view of your effort and performance.
Balance Metrics (L/R Power Distribution): Tracks how evenly you distribute power between your left and right legs, shown as a percentage split (e.g., 50/50, 52/48). This metric is particularly useful for injury recovery or improving symmetrical pedaling.
Note: Requires a small add-on magnet for precise dual-leg data.
Why CycleClick Stands Out

The Story Behind CycleClick
CycleClick was developed by BikeOn as the next step from its tool-free e-bike conversion kit. The idea began with rethinking a built-in chain sensor and evolved into a full-featured, standalone power meter. The result: a device that combines simplicity, performance, and accessibility in one compact form.
The Founders
Aram Novikov, CTO — Aerospace engineer with 15+ years in mission-critical systems, inventor of several EV powertrains, and lead developer of BikeOn’s e-bike kit.
Shushanik Khachaturian, CMO — Marketing strategist with 10+ years in content and consumer tech, responsible for bringing BikeOn’s products to market and growing brand engagement.
Availability
CycleClick will be available via Kickstarter starting August 20. Early backers can reserve the device at a special Super Early Bird price of $184 USD (Retail price: $299).
