Spend less time in line by ordering before arriving at a dining location. Create an account and link a credit card to set up payments ahead of time. Get fresh food at your convenience. The restaurant won’t make your food until you tap "Prepare My Order."
Line waiting is now "virtual." Get a Virtual Line™ Reservation Grab a ride time for your group for select attractions at Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
Make your reservation and ride the same day. You’ll need to be on property to select a Virtual Line return time. Set your group size to reserve for multiple people.

Create an account to access your purchases—including theme park tickets, Universal Express™ Passes and Universal Dining Plans. Redeem purchases simply by scanning the barcode within the app. Set up payments to use the TapuTapu™ wearable when making purchases in Universal’s Volcano Bay™.
The Interactive Map Within the Universal Orlando App
Find Everything You Need Get detailed, interactive maps of the theme parks, Universal CityWalk™ and the on-site resort hotels.
Find ride wait times, show times and dining venue hours. Use filters to find and sort by park, ride type, shows, dining and shopping. Locate all restrooms, including family restrooms. Set a parking reminder to find your car by section, level and row.
