Indian Wells Tennis Garden deploys contract management with SignNow E-Signature

Things are running more smoothly at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden thanks to SignNow.

Webiplex, a provider of next-generation business process management and document management platform services, has integrated Barracuda Networks' SignNow E-Signature solution into Webiplex DocuPeak enabling customers to manage contract version control, approvals and signatures all from a single interface, simplifying the overall contract management process.

"With our integration to SignNow, E-Signature is now an integral part of a complete contract automation solution within DocuPeak," said Rob Rennie, CEO of Webiplex. "Contracts can be versioned, approved, sent externally for signatures, archived and then set for automated lifecycle management – all through a single seamless interface. We're excited to be able to offer this great SignNow solution to all current and new clients." DocuPeak enables customers to leverage existing IT investments by integrating with numerous common business systems. DocuPeak provides a platform for automating forms and document processes that avoids the need for custom coding, expensive consultants, or an off-the-shelf piece of software that may not match specific requirements. SignNow, recently rated as the Top Enterprise Software by G2 Crowd, empowers customers with easy-to-use, affordable e-signature capabilities. "E-Signature continues to be a fast growing area in workflow automation," said Ken Grohe, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Technologies at Barracuda. "As customers look to simplify their overall processes, E-Signature gives them the flexibility for a fast, secure, mobile user experience that can quickly translate to ROI for their organizations." Considered Southern California's ultimate tennis destination, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is home to the BNP Paribas Open, the largest two-week combined ATP World Tour Masters 1000 and WTA Premier professional tournament in the world. The Tennis Garden's beautiful landscaped grounds include an 8,000-seat Stadium 2, featuring three fine-dining restaurants, including the world-famous Japanese restaurant Nobu, two 19,000-square-foot shade structures, 29 world-class courts, eight acres of outdoor exposition space, outdoor parking and a year-round full-service Tennis Club.

"Managing and hosting one of the largest tennis tournaments in the world is an exhilarating experience but also presents logistical challenges," said Steve Birdwell, COO of Desert Champions. "We turned to Webiplex's DocuPeak to streamline our contract management and provide a seamless experience for our valued partners. The recently integrated SignNow e-signature feature helps keep us mobile and efficient."
