Always great to talk with toy expert, Chris Byrne. He's at Toy Fair in New York this week.

Over 30,000 toy industry insiders attend the American International Toy Fair in New York City to showcase the latest toys soon to hit the market. Byrne, content director for Toys, Toys, Pet and More, takes us behind the scenes to check out some of the coolest toys and games.

Chris Byrne is also The “Toy Guy®,” Content Director for TTPM.com, author of Toy Time, and toy historian.

This year marks the 115th American International Toy Fair. It is the largest toy trade show in the Western Hemisphere, the third largest in the world and a critical time for the approximately $22 Billion U.S. traditional toy industry. More than 1,600 manufacturers, distributors, importers and sales agents from 30 countries will be showing more than 100,000 toys.
