EarthCam has released the latest time-lapse movie from its award-winning production studio in celebration of the Atlanta Falcons inaugural opening game at their new home, Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The hand-edited movie showcases 39-months of progress in stunning 4K video. Viewers can see the entire construction process from groundbreaking to opening day in less than 2 minutes.

EarthCam construction cameras have been onsite since June 2014, capturing 900 megapixel panoramas every day. The powerful combination of live streaming video and time-lapse webcams captured each critical milestone, including the installation of the structural steel necessary to support the “halo” video board and aperture-style retractable roof to the all-important opening day. Throughout the entire process, Falcons fans were able to keep track of the project thanks to live video and updating high definition megapixel imagery made available online via the Atlanta Falcons website.
